Rare Color Combo Hybrid Popeye with Yellow-Blue-Sea Foam Green & Classic Stringy White in Clear Base. Half of the yellow stripe fluoresces orange under a black light. This is not a full-fledged rare 3-color Popeye not a blended Popeye, as the blue is between the yellow and the green. HTF and even harder to find for sale and in choice mint condition as this is.  From my personal collection.
