Uncommon 3-Stage Divided Core Swirl with 3 identical Red-White Blue Ribbons with the central blue stripes elevated ABOVE the ribbons as a 2nd additional layer of construction. The 3rd layer are fine groups of yellow outer threads. Has a streak of as made ash on the surface. Wet Mint original surface.
