Uncommon size 5/8″ Greiner with spiraling Oxblood in a heavily whipped matrix glass of bubbled clear, white and light eggyolk. A nice long tail extends from the pontil to across the “9” of oxblood at the top. Single faceted pontil. This type is the earliest of German glass handmade marbles, circa 1840-60. Wet Mint original surface.
