Rare Toy Clay Cat from the AKRON Toy Company which produced children’s toys (including clay and salt glazed marbles) from 1897 until it burnt down in 1904. Very Few of these were made. This was salvaged from the factory site by the company hired to clean up after the fire. There’s charred remnants from the historic fire, which is pretty cool. Minor ear chip, these clay toys often had small chips or damage at the factory when extracted from the molds they were formed in.  Coin not included.
